At the <a href=\"https:\/\/close.marketing\/\">marketing agency<\/a> we use it every day in our websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This year it was in Basel, Switzerland. A very nice country but enormously expensive. But in the end you forget about it when you have a few beers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The first day was about landing and getting together for a picnic, which was not possible because I arrived late, but we soon found a solution with the Galician community. And we came up with a plan for later which was to invite me to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.codeable.io\/\">Codeable<\/a> party, of which <a href=\"https:\/\/profiles.wordpress.org\/carloslongarela\/\">Carlos Longarella<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/profiles.wordpress.org\/unapersona\/\">Jorge Gonzalez<\/a> are part of. A day where teams are organized to contribute to the WordPress project in its different options, in this one, I was co-leading the table with my partner <a href=\"https:\/\/profiles.wordpress.org\/frantorres\/\">Fran Torres<\/a>. My part was focused on showing how <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/plugin-check\/\">Plugin Check Plugin<\/a> works, a tool created by the community to analyze the code of plugins for vulnerabilities and security holes and how to contribute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex watch the <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.tv\/event\/wordcamp-europe-2025\/\">content of the talks on WordPress.TV<\/a>. And of course, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/es\">Hostinger<\/a> booth was packed to the raffle part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/davidperezgar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_0198-1082x812.jpeg\" alt=\"Img 0198\" class=\"wp-image-4260\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Q_A_Matt_and_Mary\"><\/span>Q&amp;A Matt and Mary<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/davidperezgar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_0203-1082x812.jpeg\" alt=\"Img 0203\" class=\"wp-image-4259\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">For me, this was a moment where after all the effort of a year is rewarded, and is that in the Q&amp;A, <a href=\"https:\/\/profiles.wordpress.org\/matt\/\">Matt Mullenweg<\/a> (co-founder of the WordPress Project) and <a href=\"https:\/\/profiles.wordpress.org\/4thhubbard\/\">Mary Hubbard<\/a> (President of the WordPress Foundation), asked me live how much had increased the number of new plugins in the directory. It had doubled and the wait for the first revision is about a week.
